Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) and Return Challans

 Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Navision ERP

 Maintain inward/outward material records and stock registers

 Track daily material receipts and dispatches

 Assist in GRN, PGRN, and inventory reconciliation processes

 Coordinate with yard teams, transporters, and site teams

 Share dispatch details, stock updates, and follow up on pending documents

 Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain Excel trackers
