Workflow / Process Executive

Experience:- 2 TO 5 Years

Optimize and manage automation tools to reduce manual intervention (e.g., automated emails, task triggers, notifications)
Design and improve workflow systems to ensure smooth movement of tasks between the teams.
Assist in implementation of new tools or systems for automation and workflow management
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, delays and implement improvements.
Coordinate & align workflows with business requirements
Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflow maps)
Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to defined workflows

Generate reports on workflow efficiency, turnaround time and process improvements
