Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Run pre-shift toolbox talks, hazard briefings and task allocation.
  • Supervise loading / unloading and pump operations on the operating floor.
  • Issue and control Permits to Work and Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO).
  • Coordinate with maintenance crew, HSE Engineer and fire wardens.
  • Maintain the shift log; brief the Terminal Manager on abnormal conditions and incidents.

Key Competencies

  • Minimum 6–8 years’ operations supervision in an oil & gas terminal / tank handling environment.
  • PTW Authorised Issuer; LOTO; H2S Awareness; ATEX competency.
  • Strong English communication and team management experience.
