Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Planning, Monitoring & Billing Engineer

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai, MH

Experience: Minimum 10 years (Water Projects)

 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and manage detailed project schedules (L1 to L4 levels) and optimize resource allocation using Microsoft Project (MSP) to ensure project timelines are met.

•     Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, highlighting delays, critical paths, and recovery plans.

•    Handle client and subcontractor billing, including RA bills, quantity verification, and cost tracking.

•     Coordinate with stakeholders, site, design, procurement teams and Head Office to track progress, manage resources effectively, and resolve planning deviations.

 

 

 

Requirements:

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and billing for water infrastructure projects.

•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) with hands-on experience in multi- level scheduling (L1–L4) and resource planning.

•   Good knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ analysis, and strong coordination &

communication skills.
