Location: Burundi, East Africa

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: USD 800–1,000 per Month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SPA & Wellness Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury spa and wellness facility at a premium mountain lodge. The role involves managing spa operations, leading the therapist team, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of wellness services and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa and wellness operations.
• Lead and supervise therapists and wellness staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Develop wellness programs and spa packages.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, retail sales, and operational performance.
  
  Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Spa Management, Wellness, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness centres.
• International hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
