Job Description

SITE MANAGER - QATAR

Location: Qatar
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Salary: QAR 12,000 - 18,000 per month
Required Experience: GCC – Desalination / Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise subcontractor construction activities.
  • Coordinate with main contractor and client representatives.
  • Monitor site execution, progress and manpower.
  • Ensure HSE and quality requirements are followed.
  • Monitor schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with project teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering graduate.
  • 10+ years of relevant construction/site experience.
  • Strong GCC experience in desalination and/or oil & gas projects.
  • Proven subcontractor, manpower and site coordination experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
