Job Description

Location - Vasai
Job Purpose: The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing
quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and sales reporting. 
The role ensures smooth order lifecycle management from enquiry to dispatch, enhances customer satisfaction, and contributes to revenue realization through efficient coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Quotation & Order Management
* Prepare and review techno-commercial quotations in coordination with sales and technical
teams.
* Ensure adherence to pricing policies, approvals, and discount structures.
* Process sales orders accurately in ERP systems.
* Track orders from receipt to dispatch and installation.

Sales Coordination & MIS
* Maintain updated sales dashboards, order status reports, and pipeline trackers.
* Support monthly forecasting and target tracking.
* Generate sales MIS reports and performance summaries.
* Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates.

Customer & Internal Coordination
* Act as a single point of contact for customer order-related queries.
* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Service, and Finance teams.
* Ensure timely resolution of delivery or documentation issues.
* Support preparation of customer presentations, product comparison sheets, and technical
documentation.

Commercial & Documentation Control
* Verify customer POs, agreements, and order confirmations.
* Coordinate invoice accuracy and dispatch documentation.
* Support payment follow-ups in coordination with finance and sales teams.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations, Experience in
manufacturing or industrial equipment industry preferred, Strong exposure to order lifecycle
management and customer coordination.
