Senior Lubrication Technician and Auto Lubrication Mechanic - Abu Dhabi

Position--Senior Lubrication Technician  and  Auto Lubrication Mechanic

Candidates Should have Experience from Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance Must.

Qualification

•             ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical qualification.

•             Additional certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics, or lubrication systems will be an advantage.

Experience

•             Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.

•             Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of centralized lubrication systems.

•             Familiarity with automatic lubrication systems used in Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, Mining, Marine, Power, or Heavy Industrial applications.

•             Experience with lubrication brands such as WOERNER, SKF, Lincoln, Bijur Delimon, Graco, Alemite, DropsA, or equivalent will be preferred.

Technical Skills

•             Installation and maintenance of grease and oil lubrication systems.

•             Troubleshooting of pumps, injectors, distributors, progressive systems, and metering devices.

•             Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

•             Reading and understanding technical drawings and lubrication schematics.

•             Ability to prepare service reports and maintenance records.

•             Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.

•             Good communication skills in English.

•             UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.

•             "Candidates with experience in ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, EGA, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Offshore Platforms, Drilling Rigs, or Heavy Industrial Maintenance will be given preference."
