Sales Manager -pune

Own the order-intake target for EMPL and break it down by region, account, vertical (Systems vs PS²) and quarter.
Build and maintain a clean, multi-stage pipeline in the CRM (Zoho) and Asana — every live opportunity with a stage, EMPL position (L1/L2/deviation), next action, owner, date and honest probability.
Drive pre-tender, spec-in engagement: map PSU/EPC projects in FEED, get the team in front of engineering (not just procurement), and influence the Material Requisition before tenders release.

Prepare and defend Bid/No-Bid recommendations to the COO with AVL status, spec-fit, achievable margin and delivery capacity
