About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality / Laboratory Engineer with hands-on experience in spunlace nonwoven manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing, quality control systems, product validation, and process improvement within the nonwoven industry.

Candidates with experience in wipes, hygiene, medical, industrial nonwovens, or spunlace production environments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise laboratory testing and quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in product development, validation, and process optimization activities.
• Maintain quality documentation and testing records.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to improve product performance and consistency.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality control and laboratory testing within spunlace or nonwoven manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of physical testing methods and product specifications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and quality assurance practices.
• Experience with wipes, hygiene, medical, or industrial nonwoven products is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
