We are hiring a Production Supervisor (Mechanical) to manage operations, ensure smooth production flow, and achieve quality & output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities
Allocate work and monitor productivity
Ensure production targets are met
Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams
Maintain safety and shop-floor discipline
Handle basic production reporting

Candidate Profile:

Mechanical Diploma / B.Tech
2+ years production/shop-floor experience
Good supervisory and coordination skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
