MARKETING EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW    
Manage customer development, drawings, pricing, RFQs and written customer POs through verified handover to Sales, with 
a focus on domestic and export markets. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES    
●        Welcome prospective and walk-in customers; explain casting capabilities, arrange plant visits and maintain follow-up
after visits.    
●        Handle customer calls and emails promptly, including enquiries, RFQs, drawings, technical clarifications, target prices
and quotation requests.    
●        Review casting drawings, grades, specifications, quantities and machining requirements; obtain missing information
from the customer and relevant internal teams.    
●        Coordinate internal costing and approvals; prepare and email approved prices, quotations and revised offers,
maintaining complete correspondence records.    
●        Follow up every open RFQ and quotation, discuss customers’ target prices and negotiate only within approved
commercial authority to secure business.    
●        Develop domestic and export customers, OEM accounts and enquiries; coordinate customer vendor registration,
supplier approval, sample and vendor-development activities.    
●        On receiving a customer PO or written order confirmation by email, register and carefully verify the PO against the final
approved quotation, drawings, quantities, rates, delivery terms and other conditions.    
●        Prepare the internal PO review / order-entry documentation as per company policy; flag any mismatch and obtain written
clarification or approval before handover. Customer POs are issued by customers, not created on their behalf.    
●        Hand over the verified customer PO, drawings, quotation history, approvals and customer commitments to Sales for OA
preparation, with no incomplete or unapproved terms.    
●        Maintain enquiry, pricing and conversion trackers; coordinate permitted marketing activities and report progress, delays
and exceptions to the Sales & Marketing Head.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS    
BBA/MBA; 1–3 years’ relevant industrial B2B experience preferred. Strong email drafting, customer calls, drawing and RFQ
understanding, pricing follow-up, negotiation, Excel/CRM and export communication skills.    
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY    
Reports to the Sales & Marketing Head. Owns complete pre-order customer communication, RFQs, approved quotations,
customer PO verification and documented handover to Sales. No unauthorised prices, discounts or commitments; OA
issuance belongs to Sales. Must comply with company policy, maintain traceable records, promptly escalate exceptions
and undertake reasonable duties assigned by management.
