Accounts Manager – FMCG / Projects

Experience: 8–10 Years
Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing / Projects
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all project-related expenses as per approved budgets.
• Track expenses related to material procurement, goods clearing, transportation, logistics, and site operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, logistics, and project teams for timely clearance and movement of goods.
• Maintain expense records and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Monitor actual expenses against budgets and highlight variances.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, clearing agents, and suppliers regarding payments and related documentation.
• Ensure cost control and adherence to approved project budgets.
• Prepare regular expense and cost reports for management.

Candidate Profile:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG, manufacturing, project operations, or construction-related environments.
• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred/required.
• Experience handling project expenses, material movement, transportation, goods clearance, and cost control.
• Strong coordination skills with stores, procurement, logistics, and vendors.
