Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function for a manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR Operations. The role will work closely with the Plant Head and senior management to ensure a productive, compliant and positive work environment.

Candidate Profile

10–15 years of overall HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial/plant environments.
Strong experience in Plant HR, IR & Employee Relations.
Hands-on knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling workmen, contract labour and shop-floor employees.
Strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, PMS, training and employee engagement.

Salary - 16 LPA to 18 LPA
