Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage automation tools to reduce manual intervention (e.g., automated emails, task triggers, notifications)
  • Design and improve workflow systems to ensure smooth movement of tasks between the teams.
  • Assist in implementation of new tools or systems for automation and workflow management
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, delays and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate & align workflows with business requirements
  • Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflow maps)
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to defined workflows
  • Generate reports on workflow efficiency, turnaround time and process improvements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, workflow management, or process optimization
  • Strong understanding of automation and workflow concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
