Job Description

Internal Dealership Trainer -
Internal Dealership Trainer is responsible for upskilling sales and service staff to meet both dealership targets and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Technical & Product Training: Deliver in-depth sessions on vehicle technology, technical systems (engine, electrical, etc.), and the unique selling points (USPs) of new models.
- Soft Skills & Sales Coaching: Conduct workshops on negotiation, customer engagement, behavioral skills, and hospitality to enhance the overall customer experience.
- New Hire Onboarding: Design and lead induction programs for new employees to align them with dealership culture and brand-specific processes.
- Need Analysis & Performance Tracking: Identify skill gaps through periodic audits, on-floor coaching, and performance analysis.
- OEM Compliance: Ensure all training modules provided by the OEM are implemented correctly and that staff maintain required certification scores.
- Material Development: Create and update training manuals, handouts, and digital learning materials, including instructional product videos.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education:
A Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is highly preferred. May accept general graduates with relevant experience.
- Experience: Generally, requires 3 to 8 years in the automobile industry, with at least 1–2 years specifically in a training or coaching capacity.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
