Role Overview 
This role acts as the strategic data anchor for sales leadership. Partnering directly with the Sales 
Head and Sales Managers, you will use elite Excel capabilities to analyze active 
pipelines, audit manager performance, and provide sharp, intelligent data inputs to drive 
conversion velocity. 
Key Responsibilities 
Leadership Partnership: Work closely with the Sales Head and Sales Managers to audit 
sales pipelines, track performance, and flag bottlenecks. 
Intelligent Inputs: Analyze pipeline data to identify conversion trends, portfolio drop-offs, 
and actionable opportunities for managers to close deals. 
Executive Reporting: Build and maintain sharp, scannable Excel dashboards tracking 
team performance, sales velocity, and revenue projections. 

Key Requirements 
Elite Excel Capability: Mastery of MS Excel (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) as 
your primary analytical tool. Heavy CRM platform expertise is secondary. 

Experience: 8+ years in an analytical sales operation, CRM roles, Sales with brilliant excel 
knowledge 
Communication: Sharp and concise. Ability to translate dense spreadsheets into clear, direct 
advice for sales leadership.
