Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Head to lead the end-to end production operations of our art-based brand. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the manufacturing of premium sculptures, murals, wall art, decorative panels, and bespoke interior décor pieces. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional craftsmanship, timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to the highest quality standards while managing production teams and collaborating closely with design, procurement, and project execution departments.

Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial 
Engineering, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Manufacturing, or a related field. 
• 7–12 years of experience in production management, preferably in luxury interiors, 
art, décor, sculpture, furniture, architectural products, or handcrafted manufacturing. 
• Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams. 

Required Skills 
• Strong production planning and scheduling expertise. 
• Excellent leadership and people management skills. 
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and artisan-led production. 
• Knowledge of materials such as resin, FRP, MDF, wood, metal, stone, fiberglass, 
paints, textures, and decorative finishes. 
• Strong quality control and process improvement capabilities. 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities. 
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production software, and Microsoft Office. 

Preferred Experience 
• Experience in bespoke art production, sculptures, murals, wall installations, luxury 
décor, or custom interior products. 
• Familiarity with CNC machining, laser cutting, mould making, casting, finishing, and 
installation processes. 
• Experience handling large-scale hospitality, residential, commercial, or religious art 
projects.
