Head Of Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
• Handle bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, and cash-flow activities.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team.
• Support management with financial analysis and reports.
• Ensure proper internal controls and accounting procedures.

Candidate Profile

• CA Fresher / CMA Qualified preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to handle team responsibilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance activities.
