  • Location: Saudi Arabia
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years of robust professional experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
  • Language Requirement: Native or Professional Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory (for seamless liaison with internal Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments)

Role Overview - We are seeking a high-calibre, dynamic, and seasoned General Manager – Operations to lead, manage, and scale our business operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of "running the show." The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge operational excellence with strategic crossdepartmental collaboration, driving synergy across Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership & Strategy
    • Take complete ownership of daily business operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Formulate and execute strategic operational plans aligned with overarching business objectives.
    • Establish, monitor, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Arabic-Driven)
    • Act as the core bridge between Internal Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
    • Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Work alongside Marketing to align operational capabilities with market demands, client on boarding, and service delivery promises.
  3. Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain and elevate relationships with key clients and external stakeholders, ensuring world-class service delivery.
    • Implement robust quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance delivery.
  4. People & Culture Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, multicultural operational team.
    • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.

Technical & Soft Skills

    • Deep understanding of BPO lifecycle management, transition methodologies, and shared services frameworks.
    • Strong financial acumen—ability to interpret P&L statements, budgetary constraints, and cost-benefit analyses.
    • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • High cultural intelligence with deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • An MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a reputed institution is highly preferred.
