Job Description

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: INR 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Front office management and visitor coordination
• Calendar management and meeting scheduling
• Administrative support to senior management
• Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintaining records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Assisting in day-to-day office administration

Requirements:
• Female candidates with 4+ years of experience
• Experience in Front Office, Administration, Reception, or Executive Assistant roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good personality and professional presentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Candidates residing in or near Andheri West preferred
