Key Responsibilities

Attend to clients visiting the office and ensure they are properly assisted.
Understand client requirements and connect them with the relevant sales/property consultant.
Act as the first point of contact for clients and maintain professional communication.
Coordinate client meetings, appointments, property visits, and follow-ups.
Liaise with sales, leasing, and internal teams for smooth client handling.
Track client requests and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
Assist with basic documentation and client-related coordination.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Build positive relationships with clients through prompt and professional service.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, client coordination, front office, real estate, hospitality, call centre, or similar roles.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Real estate/property management experience will be an added advantage.
