Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of overall civil engineering experience.
Strong and demonstrable experience in substation and/or overhead transmission-line civil construction.
Direct experience on 132 kV, 220 kV, 400 kV or higher voltage projects is required.
Hands-on experience in:
- Control building construction
- Transformer foundations
- Electrical equipment foundations
- Cable trenches and ducts
- Substation roads and paving
- Drainage systems
- OHL tower foundations
- Excavation, reinforcement and concreting works
- Backfilling and earthworks

Preferred

Experience with utility-scale substations and transmission-line projects.
Experience working with EPC contractors, utilities or international power-infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with applicable international standards and utility specifications.
Relevant HSE certification such as IOSH/NEBOSH will be an advantage.
