Chartered Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join the Finance & Accounts Department at the company's manufacturing facility in Raipur.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and should be comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle finance and accounting activities of the organization.
• Manage cost accounting and production control activities.
• Monitor inventory and working capital management.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and MIS reports.
• Handle compliance and taxation matters.
• Support fund raising and capital expenditure activities.
• Analyse financial data and provide relevant inputs to management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting functions.
• Good knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, MIS and working capital management.
• Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical and financial management skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
• Candidates willing to work from Raipur will be preferred.
