Job Opening for Sales  Business Development Manager Head- 

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Experince :- 12 to 20 LPA

• HVAC, MEP, electro-mechanical, industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC, MEP, electro-mechanical, industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects.
• Generate leads through consultants, architects, PMC companies, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, engineering, and project execution teams for bid preparation and project handover.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets as per company objectives.
• Monitor project pipeline and maintain accurate business forecasts and MIS reports.
• Support strategic planning for expansion into new markets and sectors.

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business association with key clients.
