Job Description

Job Description:
The company is seeking a professional Administrative Specialist to work directly with the CEO, possessing strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or executive coordination. The role is responsible for supporting daily operations, enhancing communication flow, and improving reporting efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Follow up on daily operations with all departments, managers, and employees.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business progress, performance status, challenges, and task completion.
  • Prepare executive reports related to operations, attendance, follow-up actions, and administrative observations.
  • Submit periodic reports to the CEO including key findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate directly between the CEO and all departments to ensure execution of instructions.
  • Prepare official correspondence, presentations, and business documents professionally.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on decisions until closure.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Handle executive and confidential information with complete discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
