Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader

Job Description: As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions from our portfolio of properties. You will be the face of our company and a key contributor to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Team Management:

A.   Overseeing day to day activities setting goals and developing strategies for lead generation.

B.   Conduct performance reviews.

2.    Lead Generation:

A.   Proactively seeking out potential client and nurturing relationships to generate

New business.

B.   Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers.

C.    Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively

3.    Negotiation and Closing:

A.   Assist clients with the negotiation process, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

B.   Close deals effectively by guiding clients through the paperwork and formalities.

4.    Market Research:

A.   Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice.

B.   Share insights with the sales team to help refine strategies.

5.   Post-Sale Follow-up:

a.     Ensure a smooth transition for client’s post-sale by coordinating with relevant departments.

b.    Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for potential future referrals and repeat business.

6.   Team Collaboration:

a.     Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to align strategies and share leads.

b.    Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

7.   Reporting:

a.     Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

b.    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

c.    Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
