Job Description

Location: Mumbai - (with Travel)

Job Type: Full-time

CTC:Salary plus bonus plus ESOPS

Location: Mumbai - (with Travel)

Timing :- Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Only 2nd & 4th Saturdays are working (9 to 5 pm)

Role Overview:

 

We seek a senior relationship manager in wealth management with an  entrepreneurial mind set and 7-10 years of experience managing HNI’s UHNIs and family office investments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AIFs, PMS, REITs, INVITs, unlisted and structured products and a strong network of HNI’s,family offices and institutional investors. One should have worked in Private Banking in Banks , Brokerages or wealth management firms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

●   Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with

family offices, UHNIs.

●    Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory on MFs, AIFs, PMS, REITs, and INVITs within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.

Business Growth & Strategy: Expand the wealth management business with a

long-term vision.

●          Market Positioning & Networking: Represent Billionz at industry events and strengthen brand positioning

 

Performance Expectations:

●   Year 1: Generate revenue equivalent to 1x of annual fixed CTC including bonus.

●   Year 2: Generate revenue equivalent to 2x of annual fixed CTC  including bonus.

●   Year 3: Generate revenue equivalent to 3x of annual fixed CTC  including bonus.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

●    7-10 years in wealth management , multi family office , mutual fund distributors , banks serving HNIs and family offices across wealth products.

●   Strong relationships with family offices, UHNIs will be preferred.

●    Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes. They should have their own AUM up to 25-50 Crore and a set of clients that they can shift in a year.

●   Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.

●   Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.

●   Experience in building and leading teams.

●   Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
