Job Title: Sales Manager –

Real Estate Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead and drive the sales function for assigned projects, ensuring achievement of revenue targets through effective team management, client engagement, and channel partner coordination. The role demands a mix of strategic planning, people management, and hands-on selling in a competitive real estate market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement to Implement sales plans set by management to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. to Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. o Drive direct sales as well as sales through channel partners.

2. Team Leadership & Management to Conduct regular reviews, set individual KPIs, and ensure performance delivery. to Good in objection handling, closing techniques, and product USP pitching.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management to Interact with prospective clients, conduct presentations, and convert leads into bookings. o Ensure superior customer experience during pre- and post-sales. to Resolve escalations and build long-term customer relationships.

4. Channel Partner Development to Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers. to Drive joint sales activities and incentive programs. to Ensure regular engagement and motivation of partner network.

5. Reporting & Coordination o Maintain accurate MIS of leads, visits, bookings, and revenue. o Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation activities. o Work closely with CRM/Customer Care for smooth post-booking handover.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of real estate products, pricing structures, and RERA norms.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Experience: 4-6 years in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
