Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Cold Roll Formed (CRF) Products
Department: Sales & Marketing – CRF Division
Location: Tarapur
Reports to: Head – Sales & Marketing / CRF Division Manager


Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales & Marketing Executive for our Cold Roll Formed (CRF) building components segment. The role involves driving business development, managing customer accounts, and promoting roofing sheets, decking, purlins, and solar mounting structures, while ensuring profitability and market expansion in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
 Sales & Business Development
    Identify and develop new customers in industrial, infrastructure, warehouse, commercial roofing, and solar sectors.
   Promote MPIL’s range of CRF products such as C/Z purlins, roofing sheets, decking sheets, and racking systems.
    Meet monthly and annual sales targets and collection goals.
    Generate leads, conduct site visits, and present product offerings and solutions.
 Quotation & Order Management
    Prepare quotations, technical offers, BOQs, and cost estimates as per customer requirements.
    Handle negotiation and deal closures, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

 Market Intelligence & Customer Relations    Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
  Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and EPC players.
    Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote CRF product visibility.
 Reporting & Coordination
   Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, orders, and client interactions in CRM or Excel/MIS.
    Provide regular sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and market insights to management.

    Work closely with the design/technical team to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies:

    Strong knowledge of cold roll formed steel products and their applications
  Good understanding of structural drawings, load specs, and installation practices
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
   Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of territory management
   Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report generating


Qualifications & Experience:
    Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy) or BBA/B.Com with relevant industrial sales experience
    MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)    2–6 years of experience in steel building materials, roofing, or solar structure sales•   Prior experience in CRF or PEB industry is a strong advantage
    Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
