Job Description

Location - Turkey 

Candidate Expectations:

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of piping fabrication processes and workshop operations.
  • Familiarity with spool drawing preparation and revision workflows.

Software Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing review and editing.
  • Experience with Spoolgen or similar spool management software.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and reporting tools for daily progress and material tracking.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Ability to prepare fabrication reports, material take-offs, and welding data summaries.
  • Skilled in organizing and maintaining technical documentation and fabrication logs.

Communication:

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) for coordination with international teams.
  • Capable of participating in technical meetings and providing input on fabrication planning.

Work Ethic:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to site conditions.

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS STAFF

  • 2 Sundays off per month
  • 10-hour workdays
  • Fixed salary
  • 15 days of paid leave every 6 months
  • Accommodation in a double room (depending on camp conditions, single occupancy may be possible, but we initially state all rooms are double)
