Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pan-India sales strategies, establishing sales goals through market analytics and implementing plans to drive business growth.

• Commercialize and generate revenues for the company's product portfolio, focusing on Paper coating Chemicals.

• Contact Customers and provide them Product features paper coating chemical /release coating / PSA / solvent chemical / crosslinker any other paper coatings chemicals.

• Conduct comprehensive online market research, perform competition analysis, and formulate effective pricing and supply strategies.

• Determine accurate product costing

Technical & Core Skills

• Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Advance Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.

• Core Skills: Excellent communication; proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure; passionate about accepting challenges; and strong sales closing skills.

• Mandatory Requirement: Travel is compulsory.
