Experience: Minimum 8+ years in restaurant operations with strong sales ownership

Primary Objective
The Restaurant Manager is fully responsible for driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth end-to-end restaurant operations, hygiene compliance, team discipline, and cost control.

Sales performance is the primary KPI.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
