GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Printing and Embroidery Operations

Position: GRAPHIC DESIGNER 

Location: St. Kitts, West Indies
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Salary: USD 1,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Graphics Designer with strong experience in printing and embroidery production. The role involves both creative design and machine operation, including DTF printing, embroidery, sublimation, and heat press work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs using Adobe Photoshop & CorelDRAW
• Prepare embroidery files using Design Shop or similar software
• Operate and manage embroidery machines
• Operate and maintain DTF printing machines
• Perform machine calibration and basic troubleshooting
• Handle sublimation printing and heat press operations
• Support wide-format printing (banners/signage)
• Maintain clean and organized production area
• Manage inventory of printing materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and technical support teams in English
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Photoshop & CorelDRAW proficiency
• Embroidery design & machine operation experience
• DTF printing operation and basic maintenance knowledge
• Sublimation & heat press experience
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to manage production workflow and inventory

Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in printing/embroidery production
• Strong attention to detail and print quality
• Hands-on, independent and technically skilled
• Willing to relocate to St. Kitts, West Indies
